About the Program 

Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based 9-week program developed in collaboration with the University of Calgary. Tailored for cancer patients, survivors, and individuals with pre-existing health conditions, MBCR combines the practices of mindfulness and group support to help participants navigate the psychological and physical challenges of illness. 

About the Trainer

Devi Mirchandani is a compassionate teacher who is certified to facilitate Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) and Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR) programs and trained in Advanced Pranayama Techniques and Yoga for Cancer Rehabilitation and Recovery.
